If you're using the Internet Explorer (IE) 7 browser and you're getting more than one iGoogle tab, it's likely you've got iGoogle set to open multiple times in IE7's preferences. To check this setting, please follow these steps:
- From IE7's "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options."
- Click the "General" tab.
- In the "Homepage" section, make sure Google is only listed once. If it's listed more than once, delete the extras.
- Be sure to click the "OK" button after you're finished.
